Raw Material Preparation
High-quality MS billets or ingots are sourced from trusted suppliers. Each batch is tested for chemical composition and purity.Only certified materials are used to ensure product strength and consistency.
Heating & Rolling
Billets are heated in a reheating furnace to about 1,200°C for uniform plasticity. They are then passed through a series of rolling stands to form the desired shape—such as TMT bars, angles, channels, or flats. Dimensional accuracy and surface finish are carefully controlled during this stage.
Quenching & Cooling
The hot rolled steel passes through a Quenching and Self-Tempering (QST) system. Rapid water cooling forms a tough outer layer, while the core remains soft and ductile. The material is then air-cooled on cooling beds to achieve the perfect balance of strength and flexibility.
Cutting, Testing & Dispatch
The cooled steel is cut to standard lengths, tested for quality, and bundled. Each batch undergoes mechanical and chemical tests to ensure compliance with IS 2062 standards. Finished goods are tagged, stored, and dispatched to customers across regions with full traceability.
